Training

OUR BODY IS OUR MOST VALUABLE ASSET

Our physical and mental health is the most important asset we possess. Even if we tend to smile about this statement as long as we are healthy, we know that it is true as soon as serious health problems occur.

Therefore, we should invest some of our precious time in keeping our bodies healthy.

THE OPTIMAL TRAINING

When we observe top athletes performing at their best, it is always due to optimal training. Our body reacts fantastically to the right training stimuli and it is often hard to believe what is possible with customized training.

However, optimal training depends on the right training stimuli being set at the right time.

This requires extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and training theory, as well as a certain instinct. Only on this basis real training successes are possible and goals attainable.

If you just run, do any exercises in the gym haphazardly or jump along in front of the screen, it is very unlikely that you train exactly THE thing you really need.

That’s why top athletes rely on their coaches to help them achieve their goals.

OUTDOOR TRAINING

For thousands of years, people have trained their bodies in nature, in search of food and escape from enemies.

For this reason, nature is the perfect gym.

Exercising outdoor strengthens our immune system, relaxes us, puts us in a wonderful mood, and makes us happy.

Exercising outdoor is also about setting the right training stimuli at the right time. You have little to gain by getting down on all fours in the mud if that is not the right training stimulus for you.

Basically, you can train outdoors in ANY weather. Bad weather is even a particularly good training stimulus for our immune system. However, if you are not used to exercising outdoors, you should not start in windy or bad weather. Here, too, it makes sense to choose the training stimuli optimally and to increase them slowly.

THE RIGHT DIET

A healthy body needs a healthy diet.

Daily we are overwhelmed with information about WHAT healthy food should be. No daily newspaper without a recipe for a new fitness plate, about the latest “must eat” or “must absolutely NOT eat food”. It’s easy to lose track, and trying to eat healthily can degenerate into stress.

Even more information about our food usually doesn’t help, because a lack of knowledge isn’t the problem.

When we have problems with nutrition, we often lack mental skills, and these can be learned.

MENTAL TRAINING

Top athletes invest a significant amount of time in mental training. Sports psychology has developed great methods to improve mental skills. They can be trained optimally in connection with exercise.

Mental skills training is essential for top athletes, but it pays off for everyone. And it’s remarkably easy. You will be surprised how quickly incredible successes can be achieved if you know what is important.

The healthy diet then often comes all by itself.

THE SPINE

The human spine is an incredibly flexible construction.

Therefore, it requires the support of the surrounding muscular system. If this system is too weak or weakened, the spine gets overburdened which may cause a variety of physical ailments.

Unfortunately, these ailments cannot be sufficiently treated by a surgeon or with a needle. No scalpel can create a strong muscular system. This can only be achieved with an ideal muscular training which if done right, will show its effect in no time.

While building up muscular mass you will also burn calories and therefore manage to get rid of any excessive body fat you may have.
